The primary purpose of Maui Boat & Yacht Club is to enable its members to become proficient in sailing small craft and to gain skills in all aspects of seamanship. This is achieved at minimum cost through the motivation of individual members, volunteer participation, and member cooperation. Because the Club is a “paper club” and has no clubhouse and no paid staff, our activities are carried out by dedicated member-volunteers, who make it possible to sponsor and hold regattas, seminars, and other fun events.  Our members are people who love to sail.
